- £62.00 an hour per coach
- Billed in 15-minute blocks, based on the road distance.
- Waiting time
- £18.00 an hour per coach
- While your driver waits between drop-off and pick-up (max 10 hours).
- Getting to you
- £1.10 per km beyond 25 km
- From our nearest depot, each way.
- Late nights
- +10% of driving
- For journeys starting between 22:00 and 05:00.
- Overnight stays
- £220.00 per coach
- Driver accommodation when you come back another day.
A 25% deposit confirms your coach. Free cancellation until 14 days before; 50% refund after that; no refund within 48 hours.
