No. Show the QR code on your phone — or read the driver the short code under it. You can print it too, if you'd rather.
What happens if my coach is cancelled?
We'll email (and text, if you asked us to) straight away. Move to another coach for free or take a full refund from your ticket page.
Are children and bus pass holders free?
Under-5s travel free with a grown-up, and Scottish and English concessionary pass holders ride free too. Children aged 5 to 15 pay about half.
